Exclusively for 2026 Seniors and 2027 Juniors—Preview Day provides a perfect taste of the CIA's college life with a culinary twist. You'll hear about our exciting degree options, get tips for nailing your application and learn from faculty in a culinary mini-lesson (as your parents join a CIA 101 breakout). To cap it off, take a walking tour of campus to experience all that CIA has to offer.
