Get an in-depth look at our Baking and Pastry degrees at this special Open House for Baking and Pastry. Certified Master Baker and Associate Dean of Baking and Pastry, Marc Haymon '81, will join us to take you behind the scenes during a Baking and Pastry focused admissions presentation. You'll also hear all about our cool courses, career options, campus life and careers. You'll even get a tour of our gorgeous campus and see what makes the CIA so special. This is a 2-hour event including a 60-minute walking tour of campus.
